My service is supposed to include mow, trim, and blow off. The mow and blow off gets done perfectly but neither time I have paid for the service has there been trim done. The weeks along certain areas are very tall now. Is this not part of what I pay for? I did tell them not to go past the bushes on back fence but the rest should have been done

A lot of sticks were left behind and not cleaned up, I have pictures. Provider even left large branches in my fire pit, I could have done that myself. I paid for haul away.

The person did not mow the backyard. I would like a refund to reflect that

The job was not completed because he wasn’t equipped to do the job that was required. Expected to see a crew not one person coming to do my do the job. I have a backyard and I have a fence around my backyard so he had to he didn’t have a more to get into my backyard. Also, I expect him to have bagged the grass. He wasn’t able to bag the grass as well, so I am very disappointed with my service and I really appreciate if you don’t charge me for this because it wasn’t done thank you
