We are not happy with the way he left the sidewalk with snow on it if we book someone for snow removal we expect the snow to be removed especially where people walk thank you

Excellent work. There was zero communication, and it wasn’t plowed/shoveled until about 3pm the day after it stopped snowing. I’m somewhat ok with that because the job was done well, but it would be nice if there was at least some communication.

I believe you came too early, before snow was completely over.

Snow removal was accepted by using a leaf blower. Under some circumstances this is acceptable. However in situations where a person has already walked or a car has already driven on the driveway, such is my case. The compacted snow remains on the driveway in those places.
