Two guys came 2 days later than the scheduled day which is fine however, they didn’t complete mowing or trimming around my tree or the mailbox. Just a little disappointing considering this is my first time paying someone to mow and trim my yard. Just expecting a cleaner job than what I would do.

Last week, Jack didn’t mow at all. He said he was going to come on Wednesday and when I followed up on Thursday when he didn’t come, he said that the app didn’t let him come on another day, but he didn’t tell me that he wasn’t gonna come and then he came yesterday and then missed pieces of the lawn that didn’t get mowed at all.
