The work is not horrible but with Senior citizens in the home, I would hope for a cleaner drive to help prevent slipping and it freezing over to ice.

While the provider did a great job clearing my driveway and sidewalk, it was done too early. I several more inches of snow through the afternoon and evening yesterday. Now today I'm going to have to clear it again with a shovel after having paid gor the service.

Provider has not done front sidewalk in this and previous service and I was charged for service.

Austin did not clear my sidewalk that goes straight from front porch to the curb. He did clear the sidewalk that goes from left of the front porch over to the driveway.

I guess is not Ryann fault that the previous server didn’t want to do the job and t took so long for us to have the service done.

We are grateful for Brad’s quick help with getting our driveway plowed during a heavy snow storm! However, there is still a thick layer of snow on our driveway that seems to have been flattened out versus being removed.

My yard is larger in the back so I’m grateful for the cut! I would have made this a 5 rating if communication was better and cut was more neat. Clippings from front door and patio not blown off. Trimming not done well. This is being told to me I have not actually seen the final job. But will not be doing this again thru lawn guru

Did not trim the edges on outside of fence but cut the grass around it, which left the back yard looking like the edges weren't done at all. Other than that yard was done fine.
