I don’t blame Michael for timing and communication. It’s hard to know when you’re going to get to someone’s house when you are behind due to bad weather. However I expect customer support to actually get back to me. I sent 2-3 emails and tried to start a chat twice and never heard back. Will probably not ever use this site again due to customer service agents being non existent.

Brandon and his team was in and out and did an amazing job.

Some areas could have been cut down more and trimming could be a lil better Other then that they did a good job.

I cant say anything other than I usually dont go with independent business with the lawn but in all honesty Kieth made it very easy and simple, this man worked around the weather to come and get it done. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend 1,000% to anyone.

The flower beds were cleared of weeds but all of my new hostas and black eyed Susan’s were removed with them. I had just planted them three weeks ago, about $200 worth of new plants were removed. He also did not trim the front trees, and we discussed that he would come back the following dayand he did not

Not a good job this time. Wide swaths of grass simply missed being mowed, and no edging or grass blowing performed. Service provider appeared to be in a rush. Now I get to go finish the job I paid for myself.

My yard has a deep cut in the grass looks like him set there for awhile and left a hole in the center

Quality was good but they left the whole side of driveway not being edged at all. There was my car close to the edge but they could have asked me to move my car and finish the side.

I am trying to fix my one star review. There was a mixup on the address, but he fixed it right away and the yard looks great. Absolutely a five star provider.

Edging around flower beds, sidewalks & driveway was not done very well. In his defense, I do have a scraggly lawn with a lot of clover & some metal edging around the front flower beds. Both of those things make it more difficult to edge properly. However, I am having that metal edging removed, the edging redone and a lawn care service hired a service to take care of
