A bit uneven and no clean up was completed - was fine but had better service last year when I used this service.

There wasn't poop in the backyard he went too fast and he didn't even we weed e. Didn't care for his service today it was dark and he just rushed through my yard and it's dark over here and I don't appreciate the job service I don't care for him coming back and doing my yard where is Jerry yet if I don't have Jerry I want to no service

On the second cut, Sammy showed noticeable improvement. He trimmed along the sidewalks and made sure to blow the grass clippings off, which made a big difference in the overall appearance. It’s clear that Sammy listened to the previous feedback and made an effort to provide better service. There’s always room for continued improvement, but we appreciate that he took the communication seriously and stepped up his work this time.

The service was ok. But the provider disappointed us twice. Order was placed Thursday night. He picked it up early morning in Friday, I informed him it's urgent and I have a warning from the city. He said he'll get to it before end of dat. He didn't. Said he will get to it on Saturday morning for sure. I re-iterated that I'm about to get a citation and to pls not delay further than Saturday morning. He again didn't come. He came end of Saturday. By then I got the citation from the city of Gahanna already. I am ill and had to rely on LawnGuru but it failed me.

Michael was amazing! Our grass had unfortunately become overgrown and Michael came and completely transformed our yard. It had also started raining but Michael made sure he finished the job. He did such a great job and I can’t thank him enough!
