I sent a message requesting no salt this time. No acknowledgement but he did forgo the salt. He piled all the snow at the end of the driveway & in front of the mailbox, making it difficult to get into/up the driveway. The driveway itself looks great.

Disappointed that my whole driveway/apron was not done. Just a small portion was done.

You forgot to salt

Norman did amazing work, came exactly when he said he would and was polite abd efficient.

I specifically asked for the guy to blow out the bottom of the driveway at the street and he did not. I could barely get out of the driveway this morning. It’s so bad and I was very frustrated after specifically asking for help with the bottom of the driveway - the work that was done was done well- he just didn’t do what I asked

3rd time in a row that the walkway on the side of the house wasn’t cleared. Two feet of the driveway in front of garage door wasn’t touched. We need to do better next time.

The service was late

He didn’t do the walk up to the deck stairs and didn’t do the side walk all the way. He completed it to my 2nd driveway which is less than 1/2 the sidewalk.

Seems to be coming very late and work is not as great as usual, however he has superior communication to any other service and is a kind person. Just a note that he may be overwhelmed but all of the recent snow/. Typically he does a really great job but the last two services were lesser quality: there were issues with your app, and I hope that didn’t negatively affect him.

Alexander did a good job I expected a truck to clear the driveway of snow. I called. Text. Email guru throughout the day. It was not Alexander's fault but LAWN GURU should have provided faster service. They activated the request on Wed. Storm stop]d 3 a.m. Service was not till 5::30 p.m.!!!!!!! I should be charged the $51.99 there was no salting. Only shoveling. I feel L.G. should provide a discounted rate for this time due to lack of communication delay of service.
