Only mows. Does not complete full service and is not careful with work. Misses large sections. Says is on way and then does not show for a week or more which locks out app so you can’t opt out of service if you needed to mow a different way.

I asked for bag and haul away of debris and came home to find it out in my trash no other complaints work seems to have been done well and they checked all the downspouts

I just got a receipt with no picture that my lawn was cut. But it doesn’t look like it was, it’s not out of control so I can probably skip a week but it looks like I was charged anyway. There was no edging done or anything that I can see

I specifically told this provider that I blocked my last two providers due to them blowing all the grass clippings all over my front porch. We communicated about this and he told me that he would be sure to NOT do that. He told me he would blow the clippings off my porch. He was 2 hours late and my porch was so covered in grass to the point where the grass clippings were completely covering my window.

Was quick and work was done really well!

Requested front and back done. But just the front was done. The front looks great. Perhaps there was a miscommunication.
