Jamil was professional and communicative via text—providing accurate updates regarding his arrival time. Unfortunately, the actual service fell short of expectations. The lawn was poorly mowed and remains very patchy, particularly in the backyard. The photos of the front seem decent but there are no photos of the backyard or side yards where the grass is at multiple different lengths and patchy. It doesn’t look like weed whacking/string trimming around the perimeter of the property was done in full (as well as the fence, trees, and roots). While a lower-tier service might warrant less scrutiny, the $60-70 price point reflects a premium service that this work simply does not meet. This job seemed rushed. I am not one to complain or even write reviews but I was very let down when I came home this evening. I’d love to work with you guys but, could you please let me know if a different technician may come next week around Monday (will pay of course), or if I should proceed with canceling the service altogether?
