Apologies o was out of town and app wasn't working

He usually takes about 8 to 10 hours to do the snow plow after he accepts the order. I never know if he is coming or not. When I text or leave a phone message, he responds, apologizes, and usually arrives about two hours after that.

The right hand side of my driveway is still covered in snow. There was less than 1 inch of snow. They had a plow and I am still walking through over 7 inches of snow in my driveway. I am canceling my service because of this they had a plow truck. There was no vehicle on that side of my driveway. There was no reason for them not to plow my driveway, clean clear, and free.
