Awful service. Quite ghetto to be honest. Originally demanded i cancel the app and pay him directly as the lawn guru app did not offer "enough pay" to justify the size of my lawn. Then I had to pay him $20 extra in cash just to have him complete the job. And the one thing I told him was most important, why I would give him the $20 cash even though I shouldn't of had to, he didn't even do anyways. Instead, I had to force him to come back and do it using the app, and he still half-assed the job. So I paid all this money for a scrappy job I could've paid a neighborhood kid $15 for and not had to deal with all the uncomfortable bull crap that I had to go through. Totally changed how I look at service providers on this app.
