I was not notified that this was going to be completed so early. Otherwise I would have requested a different time. Im a little unhappy this was done at 0230 in the morning but also glad it was finally done. Please have time limits set. This could have been bad wjen you're on someone's property out here at that time of night/morning. Im so glad ot finally got done though.

Much of the snow had already melted by the time it was plowed, but I don’t know that this was Yahia’s fault since he picked up the job in the afternoon. Disappointed that the gentleman who released the job did so so late.

Left snow areas not plowed sent message and pictures of areas of concern no reply or response Not sure if he wants to continue the servicing my account

Not very precious. Dint do the pathway to the front door. Left a snow mound in front of the garage door. All these years with lawnguru this was the first time I’ve been disappointed

Unfortunately because it was so late in the day, the driveway had frozen back over after my wife had to drive on it. A plow and/or a snow blower is kind of required for the size of my driveway.

Moe picked up the job after the original person canceled late in the day. He arrived sooner than expected, was pleasant and polite and he did a great job. I’d love it if he was assigned as my regular person.
