I wish I could have given a 4.5. Everything was great with the exception that I wish all of the leaves were blown off the yard instead of just a few. Other landscapers also would blow my porch and deck. Outside of that I would use this provider again! He sprayed my side area to prevent weeds which no other person has offered.

He did a great job in the front . Did not cut the back because of a gate issue did not reach out and tell me . I texted him through this app right when he finished thought he was going to come back. Said he would come the next day. Then said he had equipment issues and would come tomorrow and never showed it. I paid for front and back and my back is still not fixed. How do we solve this issue?

He did a fantastic job. However, I don’t think he is well enough equipped to handle our property. It took him 4.5 hours to complete. He arrived at approximately 4:30 pm and didn’t leave until about 9 pm. I felt bad for the guy. I’ll let him do it again to see how he does, but I think a 2 or 3 man crew would be more efficient. Or, maybe if he had a commercial type mower. He did do a fantastic job though, yard looks great.

only reason i made it private is because you did not mow the entire property, from the sewer clean out caps down to the trees in the cul-de-sac

Once they got out here they did a fantastic job. However, he told us they would be here Tuesday afternoon, which would have been 1 week of growth. However, through days of limited communication, his crew finally showed on Friday evening. Very frustrating. Now, I have to work out a schedule with the main guy to make sure I don’t get charged twice within 72 hours. I’m half & half on satisfaction at this point with the level of communication and planning that took place. Good crew, good job eventually, just better planning needed.

Thank you for great work. Only one question: Why did you use a trimmer to mow the lawn in the backyard? I think it would be faster to use a lawn mower to do the job. The previous landscapers used a lawn mower always.

I was charged and overgrown fee and my grass wasn’t overgrown.
