Thank you for great work. Only one question: Why did you use a trimmer to mow the lawn in the backyard? I think it would be faster to use a lawn mower to do the job. The previous landscapers used a lawn mower always.

He didn’t do the backyards inside the fence area.

I was charged and overgrown fee and my grass wasn’t overgrown.

Jose didn’t use an actual mower. He just used a weed eater to trim the grass. Granted the grass is lower than where it started but if I’m paying $60 for a mow I expect an actual mower to be used in conjunction with a weed eater.

I appreciate him taking care of it on a Saturday.

Everything was fine but there must have been some miscommunication with the customer service person because I wanted the grass removed from the back yard. I just moved here and don’t have rakes and other lawn equipment.

I hate to leave Gordon a bad review but he’s the only one that showed up after four assigned providers. He arrived at 7:25 on 8-29 and it got dark quickly due to the weather, when I was leaving for work the grass is patchy, edging wasn’t completed and missed spots. Clearly because he could see. I’ve been trying chat customer service since 9am with no responses.

He never came to weed eat like he said

He did a good job not great. Grass clippings were left. But the grass was high due to my lawn mower breaking and he did cut it quick and in timely manner. Just for $79 I would have like the finished job to reflect the dollars paid. But over he was good/ok. The clippings and edges with the side walk weren't edged out are the only 2 things I could complain about such these are things I have to hear from h.o.a.....

Overall I am pleased with the work. There were some leaves left up against the house that could have been blown, but that was nothing major.

The yard cut is good but there are multiple clippings on the yard that didn’t t blown off.

Please don’t show up to my place of residence again. Back of the house uncut, front lawn uneven cut, edges not done. Unprofessional! I want my money back asap!

My backyard was not cut, but I was charged for it.

Oscar did a great job. If he is available on a weekly basis, I’d use him for sure. As far as timeliness and communication… The two people who have signed up for my yard prior to Oscar have not shown, and it has cost me fees from the HOA. I cannot afford that to happen again.

Quick and Clean Job, Very Professional! I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

The yard was not edged. And it said my services included trimming. When I asked about trimming I was told that would be an added charge. Additionally, not all of the hard services had the grass blown off.

Brett and Chelsea did an amazing job getting my lawn back up to where it needed to be! Bonus points, because they use all cordless electric tools! A dynamite team

The only issue I had was that he didn’t weed eat beside the fence like I asked him to.

I did not receive the notification that he was coming today.

Usually providers in the past have blown the driveway and sidewalk off. Out of the two times it Jordan did our yard there was no blowing of the driveway and sidewalk areas. Also, some areas that are normally cut were not (area next to swing set and around irises) I know we have had a lot of rain recently and that may have just been missed.

He did great for the most part, but there's a random spot that he didn't weed eat. Also, he didn't blow the clippings in the backyard away. My boyfriend is upset that he's going to have to go back and do that part since the grass is probably uneven there.
