Was told I would get a quote for bush/hedge trimming once the company arrived. They never even glanced at the hedges. Also, we just finished putting the 3 small kids to bed when they started their engines. 8pm is not a great time for lawn care. 11 hours after the job was accepted. I would have rather waited until the following day or had a different company accept who wasn’t already booked.

Did a good job. The cleaning after the cut could be better. The communication could be better too; was expecting him on Sunday but he showed up yesterday Thursday late afternoon.

Clumps of grass clippings were left on top of the grass and on the sides where it was edged up. May be helpful to use a blower next time to spread the clippings more evenly.

This was a great crew. They did a wonderful job. 

Everything was great. I would like to request that the lawn stay a little bit longer than it was cut. But for the first mowing, it was so uneven, I feel like they had to cut it that short. Great experience.

Due to rain he had to miss a couple days in a row. The one day he messaged me and said he was showing up, never did. Next day he finally showed up, left my gate wide open when he left, yard looked like a tornado with through it.
