The yard looks great. Only complaint is that the front walkway was not blown off. I had to sweep up before entering home so that I wasn’t tracking dirt/grass into my home.

He didn’t trim around the fence in backyard at all didn’t trim around certain parts of the house.

Did a great job they quoted me 63.00 with overgrown grass than charged my debit card than waited 1 hour later charge me another fee of 21.00 next time it should be asked before you charge another 21.00 dollars now i want a refund on the 21.00 dollars

They said they would be here by end of day Saturday, and didn't arrive until the afternoon on Monday. Nearly 56 hours after I booked it.

Paper was left in my front yard and I reviewed the cameras and it wasn't there before youbstarted work but saw you mowing over it without picking it up. It was accidently blowed into my yard by your helper and should have been removed.

He didn’t mow. He mows every other week charges me every week and just sends a picture. Please remove me from service I’ve asked many times and had many problems with this service.

The work he did it was really bad. Firstly he was about to come yesterday i had to stay home just because of that but in the middle of the day he canceled. Then today morning he came but the work is really bad looking at the lawn I couldn't find any difference. Really poor service.

Took care of the lawn without me telling him anything he just got out and went to work. I couldn’t ask if more considering this is my first time using LawnGuru so I will definitely be calling him again.

Small area for improvement....blowing was not sufficient in the following areas: - Grass was left on the driveway beneath where the vehicle was parked. Grass was left in the roadway. Grass was left on the side of the building by my garage door. I was able to blow these things away with my blower easily, but I'm mentioning it for improvement in these areas. Otherwise, great work and nice touch to the family approach.
