I really don’t mind if circumstances cause you to be late, but I think it’s important to communicate that to me so I’m aware. Otherwise you charge my card and send a note saying “we’re on our way” but then nobody arrives.

Due to rain he had to miss a couple days in a row. The one day he messaged me and said he was showing up, never did. Next day he finally showed up, left my gate wide open when he left, yard looked like a tornado with through it.

I told Shawn beforehand, I just needed my lawn to be cleared enough the neighbor’s couldn’t complain….. apparently he doesn’t put his name on anything that isn’t above and beyond quality work.

Would have preferred a shorter cut (lawn still looks slightly overgrown) but otherwise did good work and appreciate him clearing off the porch.

The yard looks great. Only complaint is that the front walkway was not blown off. I had to sweep up before entering home so that I wasn’t tracking dirt/grass into my home.
