Landscaping Services in Gainesville, VA

I would like to request another provider for this year. The same as last year the provider continues to leave a large amount of grass clippings. Apparently he does not utilize a bag on hos mower. It looks just awful. I complained about this last year and nothing was done. I am not going to begin another season this way. Where is my last provider Joanathon? Is he available?

Brian F mowed the wrong house/my neighbor’s yard, and I immediately let him know, and he refused to come back and make it right. All of a sudden had to go to the dentist allegedly. I paid for services, and he committed to doing it today, and said he was on his way. All he had to do was look at the house number and the yard outline picture of my property to see that he was at the wrong house. This is really messed up and extremely wrong. Not how I expected this experience to go with LawnGuru. Extremely dissatisfied and upset. If you mow the wrong house…just turn back around and come make it right by doing what you committed to do!
