This was the worst mowing job I’ve seen in 10 years. They showed up days late with no communication all week. When I questioned Ryan (the pro) why the lawn looked so scalped in some places and high in others, he said their mower deck was messed up and the tires were deflated so he could not mow evenly anywhere. I don’t need to discourage them from coming again because last week Ryan did a nice job but this looks far worse than not cutting it at all. I can’t figure out why he just didn’t stop if his mower was clearly broken. I asked him to come back Thursday or Friday but on in the middle of the day on Saturday again. If he is cutting other lawns like this, it is not a good look for LawnGuru.
