They came when it was still snowing. They did a good job, but then after they left the snow covered my driveway and sidewalks again. Look like they didn't do any of the work. They should have waited until after the snow stopped.

He does a great job, but unfortunately, he clears the sidewalks at times when snow quickly accumulates again. As someone with a disability, I’m unable to shovel the snow myself to keep the sidewalks clear, and my city will fine me if they aren’t maintained. I’m open to any suggestions on how to address this issue.

First time using the app. Marjani did a great job and shoveled off the steps/landing as well. Exceeded expectations!

I’m dissatisfied with the job. Harold was at my house at 2:30am which I’m not even sure he should be here at that time due to noise ordinance and it hadn’t even quit snowing. He did not do my whole driveway.

Didn’t wait till storm was done

There is a “T” clearly outlined in my driveway and the vendor failed to clear it. Just the main driveway was done.

Just checked the driveway at 1:20am...the whole side driveway was not cleared. The last 12 feet was not only not cleared but a pile of snow 22ft wide was left on the driveway!! It was done correctly the time before. The end of the driveway

Fine job but I'm not sure why auto-plow was even activated?? Less than 2 inches fell with no warnings issued. I would have canceled if I had my phone when the notice was issued.

Ken is great to work with. He is professional, effective and pleasant. He communicated with me, did a wonderful job cleaning my gutters and gave me an update on the work when he was here. I highly recommend him.

Very happy with the prompt arrival and thorough shoveling. Only concern is that it does not look like they applied deicer/salt which is included in my service/payment. I looked on the camera, from his arrival to departure, and never saw the application. I sent a message to him after he left, asking about it, but never got a reply.

I would like to have the option of salting too Qiuite a bit of ice on the driveway now How do I request that?

We only received .25”, which isn’t enough to justify plowing. Usually the plows cancel if there isn’t enlightenment snow (based on our few years of experience on the app). The entire driveway also wasn’t done, just one strip on each side was cleared.

There wasn’t much snow, but was a good first experience with your service. Curtis did a good job.

Knew I was at home, did not bother to tell me he was finished. Asked him to trim hedges more, and didn’t bother to do it. Had to get him to come back to do.

I want a refund! 2am?? There was NO snow!! I was watching from Mexico to see on the Ring camera and there isn’t any snow even on the grass and it’s 7:20 am!! I need a refund- this is highly unprofessional when there was a Dusting on the concrete! Also we just had new concrete layer in August and do not want the salt!!The car is parked in the driveway and still trying Toto charge for that snow removal when there’s no snow!!

Property absolutely did not need to be serviced. I understand the 2” notification that plow is activated but we didn’t have 2” on this property and there was no time to cancel the service. This was a huge lack of integrity. They should have passed me and noted a lack of snow. It was activated at 6:34pm and was not enough time to cancel before go going to bed. I’ll take a loss on this one but very unhappy about it. There

I don’t know who’s yard you cut but this is not 1406 Firlding in Ferndale! Apparently by yards work was started on Wednesday (it was shed for Tuesday) & the work was not finished back yard does not appear to have been cut. It said job was completed on Thursday around 5 pm. My yard work was not finished on Thursday & this is not my house.

I would have added a tip had he cleared up the leaves blowed in the streets that the wind will blow back on my property. He didn't clear up the wild vines growing on hedges.

Backyard looks great, left a hole in the front yard and cut is uneven

I told him ground was still wet. He came anyway and gouged the lawn bringing off the trailer. I stopped him immediately. Don't charge me for no mowing. All he did was damage.
