Went enroute to the job on the first day and kept pushing the job out. He lied when he would be out every single day. He told me that he would be here first thing in the morning today and showed up mid afternoon. He also did a horrible job cutting my grass. He left long streaks with every pass and had his deck on the highest setting so most of the grass wasn’t touched. Horrible experience

Did a fine job first time. However, despite getting text from Lawn Guru that I would have another plow after the snow stopped at 5 pm, he never came back to do it. He is unreliable (also cancelled first job in December so a replacement had to be found). My wife & I are physicians so we need to be able to get to work so if we can’t get out of our driveway we can’t. Please assign someone more reliable than Arthur to our address so we can be assured of the service we are supposed to get.
