Yard was cut so very short. One area to left of driveway was missed and not cut at all. Cut odd strips into neighbor yard also extremely short so they’re upset either with us

Tony had to find a way to fit me into his very busy schedule. He was able to do it and he did a fantastic job - especially given the length of our lawn (15”+)! I appreciate that he took his time and did a great job.

First time I feel I got my money worth. Had two other people mowing last year but Tony was first to actually weed whack all areas correctly.

Great attention to detail!

He told me at 4:20 and 7:28 that he was on the way. He got here at 9:35 but didn’t mention why he was that far behind. I got charged $30 for putting salt down but no no salt is visible despite him placing a bag of salt up against a snow bank.

Quality of work is not unacceptable, just a bit squiggly and long in some spots. I would give him another chance, he had to rush to fit me in same day.

I would like to have someone that knows how to control the lawn mower. You person hit our fence and bent it. Hit the bricks around the tree out of place did not blow cut grass from the mulch. Grass cut too low.

Caleb is one of the best people I’ve worked with. I asked for a little extra care in weed eating for my kids swing set and he made that happen with no issues!

Darnell was the absolute best man, to take care of the work I needed. I can’t be more thankful for his hard work today. He managed to get through everything very quickly, and all by himself. I couldn’t say anything but great things about him.

Caleb is very friendly and does amazing work. Works with the customer to ensure the job gets done in a timely manner.

I suppose I should have specified, but I can barely tell the lawn was mowed besides some of the lines being visible. I will be asking to have it mowed significantly shorter if I use this app again. I didn’t specify and I dont want to mess up your five star rating, but I do want to let you know.

Erik did a great job the first time. The second time he had issues with his lawn mower and cut the backyard grass way too short. We still like Erik but he needs to fix his lawn mower

He didn’t complete the cutting of the lawn , left patches uncut throughout the yard. Had someone else come and recut on Monday , this person said the guy who cut the lawn did a bad job.

Vicente took the time to speak with me and listen to how I wanted my yard mowed. He was having to clean up a mess from my previous lawn service. Therefore he took his time and then checked with me after the work, to ensure I was happy. Great initial experience.
