I guess is not Ryann fault that the previous server didn’t want to do the job and t took so long for us to have the service done.

We are grateful for Brad’s quick help with getting our driveway plowed during a heavy snow storm! However, there is still a thick layer of snow on our driveway that seems to have been flattened out versus being removed.

I want to give you guys a 5 star rating but you have not once touched the overgrowth by my neighbors fence and it’s pretty ridiculous to pay this much for each trim and have that never addressed. Would also appreciate if you put the cans back where they were moved from. Otherwise you guys do a good job.

Things happen thanks for the communication. Only negative was 3 to 4 day lillys along back patio were trimmed/mowed over.

My only hang up is that Kevin’s crew did not edge the area in the back next to my neighbor’s fence and that I left instructions not to breech an area of the lawn next to my neighbors house that was mowed anyways. Otherwise, great work!

Tyler rushed through my lawn. He didn't cut all areas. The riding mower cannot reach all my lawn area. He didn't trim my lawn and he didn't blow grass off hard surfaces.

Grass is unevenly mowed. This was the first time using this person and the person that did the job previously did a much better job from a quality stand point

I don’t blame Michael for timing and communication. It’s hard to know when you’re going to get to someone’s house when you are behind due to bad weather. However I expect customer support to actually get back to me. I sent 2-3 emails and tried to start a chat twice and never heard back. Will probably not ever use this site again due to customer service agents being non existent.
