I canceled the service. I was not able to get into my app. The first service that we requested on the summer second, nobody came to plow for two days. Then some guy shows up after I had canceled in the text message when after we had plowed already ourselves and shoveled ourselves and they got charged $65 for something that they did not do I need to cancel my service immediately

The service for this day was canceled. The plowing had already been completed. Only salt was applied and not requested by owner.

I sent a picture of one of the key areas that gets overlooked before they arrived and it was still not done. I received complaints that visitors were not able to get it due to the conditions. This job was left incomplete.
