Ultimately they did a nice job and we were happy with the service. We’re hoping it will be smooth going in the future, but we were left off the cut list the first day we were scheduled (despite the fact we scheduled service a month + in advance) and then today they mowed the wrong lawn. I had to contact them after I got a notice they finished our job, but we were still waiting for them to arrive. They did come back right away and complete our job. We were happy with the service itself. We’re hopeful this was just a bumpy start

Frank was great. But I didn’t get any communication from LawnGuru- service for a week at least after filing for service. So time was not when I asked and without in advance warning: we were lucky I was in vicinity on Sa evening.

A very few weeds were missed but overall work was good.

A section from the quote map between the fence and pool was not mowed. It's about 8 feet x 40 feet long. Also I would prefer that the grass not be cut too short. Any questions please call me

Didn’t do line work

I went out front to introduce myself to Akeem & explain what i needed him to do. Akeem was friendly & did a great job on my yards. He even got the sliding latch on my back gate to latch well which meant backyard’s gate was securely closed. I had bern trying for days to that & coukdn’t do i really appreciated that he did that for me! I would highly reccommend Akeem to anyone looking to have the lawn professionally mowed.
