He showed up two days later than you had him scheduled for. Not that big a deal. However, grass clippings all over the concrete driveway... Didn't even try to blow them off. Would like another provider.

You did a great job and I appreciate your hard work. However, the area along the side chain-link fence in the back is not a garden. It is grassy area. Please in future cut that as well. I have been growing in the grass. Also, my yard extend 6 feetpast my chain-link fence in the back. Thank you and God bless.

When starting out with a new service like yours, it would be helpful to have a one one on conversation to start. I asked for either a Tuesday or Thursday service. That did not happen. The grass was cut so short, the roots are almost showing through. The sports net in the back yard could have been easily avoided. It was not and the net was damaged.

Ladarron was amazing and alerted my wife that the previous company who cut our lawn and damaged parts of our home just walked into our backyard without knocking on the door and he advised them to tell us, and then was yelled at by that company.
