My job was done twice by this provider and he did not follow the outline of my yard/sidewalks. He only cleared the sidewalk in front of my home and leading up to the gate. He did not clear our pathway from the remainder of our sidewalks that leads to the front door and to the back gate. For the amount of money that is paid for each snow clearing and salt this is unacceptable and I am not satisfied with the completion of service.
