There were multiple instances through my initial service with Ramiro to the fix-it service when he would make a promise that wasn’t kept. I had to follow up repeatedly to get him back to finish a job he promised to finish that original day. The fix-it work appears rushed with some missed spots and a lack of attention to detail. The poor and untruthful communication however was the most frustrating aspect of this experience.

This is absolutely the worst work ever. He has destroyed my grass and I have submitted for you guys to call me back and you guys have not called me back. I need someone to call me as soon as possible. This is horrendous.
