Before this service, I messaged Felix about why I had to reschedule cause it was pouring rain that day and asked to come back during that week, and I received no response.

Edgar is appreciated. I don't want him to get a bad mark on his record. I have an issue that has been severely overlooked. Let him know he needs to give more details to trimming/edging along the fence lines facing the street sides. The fence line needs a cleaner look. I understand my property is large and grassy, and allowing him time to get it under control. I really don't mind that. I need Edgar and his helpers to focus on my property along the fence that connects to the street sides. (Property extends to the concrete edge of street on both corners) PLEASE mow, trim, and edge that area too. Thanks

Fantastic job cleaning up the weeds and trimming the trees, but accidentally cut a wire wrapped around the sprinkler column. It was covered in a vine so clearly an accident, great work otherwise.

They rescheduled without communication twice, did an incomplete job (did not edge large areas, did not blow off any surfaces, and assured me they would come back to complete the job but did not). The grass has spots they missed in mowing. I was charged an overgrowth fee which is correct and fair, however the service was not complete. Very unprofessional. For over $60 my lawn should have been properly cut, edged, and blown. I communicated with the provider including pictures of the incomplete work, but nothing was corrected.
