Many areas of weed whacking were missed as well as areas that needed to be cut the trampoline area the trampoline was never even moved or cut under a weed whacked around basically they only did the easy parts of the lawn and just skipped over or lightly did other areas I appreciate them coming out to do the job but I paid for the full on to be done so you don't just get to take pictures of certain areas of the lawn and make it look like you did a complete job and then skip other areas or only do partial that's not right or okay and someone needs to come back to finish or a different person needs to be hired at this point and as a customer you shouldn't have to keep double checking or checking the work and whatnot I would assume they know to do the complete job and it's not like our yard is difficult or anything either and I've never had an issue with somebody mowing your lawn and moving the trampoline out of the way to finish cutting and weed whacking put it back and then keep on going and then obviously the perimeter will be done and how there is not customer service to communicate with to ensure this is so wrong too you just steal people's money at this point and there's no follow-through and there's no Accountability and the sad thing is I recommended you all in the past to friends and neighbors but I'm not going to anymore Because this is a shitty way to handle business And the minute something isn't done right or goes wrong There's no Follow through you're stuck with the money taken and the job not completely done And that's not okay So I guess if no one gets back to me I will File a report then because I've been trying for several days to get a hold of a human at this point

I feel like my lawn doesn't even look like it was mowed. The grass still looks long in spots very disappointing. I'm probably going to stop service and start doing it myself again
