Cut the wrong house

Hi Lawn Guru Team, I wanted to reach out again because there’s more I need to share, and I hope you’ll understand the place this is coming from. (Although I don't see the pictures of the overgrown before you charged my account as required per your policy, when I saw the extra $42 charge for the grass height, I understood the reason behind it, but I also felt the weight of everything I’ve been carrying lately. I’m still grieving the loss of my wife, who passed away on May 13. Every day since then has been a struggle. She was the one receiving Social Security disability income, and when she died, that support disappeared overnight. I’ve had no income coming in at all, and I’m still waiting on the decision for my own disability appeal. It’s been months of uncertainty and trying to hold everything together on my own. On top of that, I’m currently fighting a foreclosure lawsuit. After my wife passed, the bank decided to try to take our home. I’m fighting that battle alone, too. When she died, none of her family stepped in to help. I had to handle every part of her funeral and burial by myself. To give her the proper burial she deserved, I had to sell many of my own assets. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. So when your team mentioned that keeping the grass cut more often would prevent the upcharge, I completely understand the policy. But the truth is, I haven’t been able to afford more frequent cuts. It wasn’t neglect — it was grief, financial strain, and trying to survive one overwhelming challenge after another. I appreciate the work you do, and I’m grateful for the service today. I just wanted you to know the full picture of what I’m going through.
