Gate was left open

My yard was tough and he did it all by himself and pretty quickly and for the most part the yard work was good, but it wasn’t great. I gave 5 stars for overall, but the edging was the only thing lacking. Lots of edging that wasn’t done right and it didn’t look like a clean cut along the edges all around, especially along the sidewalk.

They did an amazing job on my neglected yard. I am so happy with the work completed.

He did a fantastic job once again I just wish there hadn't been such a lack of communication when he was supposed to show up before today so that I wouldn't risk an overgrowth charge. I did notice that there was no overgrowth charge and for that I am very glad. Hopefully there will be no issues moving forward as I should be on the weekly schedule now. I'm sure that was just a one-time issue. Overall I am very happy with his service

I only received photos of half the yard that is identified as my property on LawnGuru. I did not receive any response or communication that the entire property was mowed despite my attempts to communicate. I should not be charged the full fee until the job is complete.
