I want to give you guys a 5 star rating but you have not once touched the overgrowth by my neighbors fence and it’s pretty ridiculous to pay this much for each trim and have that never addressed. Would also appreciate if you put the cans back where they were moved from. Otherwise you guys do a good job.

Things happen thanks for the communication. Only negative was 3 to 4 day lillys along back patio were trimmed/mowed over.

My only hang up is that Kevin’s crew did not edge the area in the back next to my neighbor’s fence and that I left instructions not to breech an area of the lawn next to my neighbors house that was mowed anyways. Otherwise, great work!

Tyler rushed through my lawn. He didn't cut all areas. The riding mower cannot reach all my lawn area. He didn't trim my lawn and he didn't blow grass off hard surfaces.

I don’t blame Michael for timing and communication. It’s hard to know when you’re going to get to someone’s house when you are behind due to bad weather. However I expect customer support to actually get back to me. I sent 2-3 emails and tried to start a chat twice and never heard back. Will probably not ever use this site again due to customer service agents being non existent.

The flower beds were cleared of weeds but all of my new hostas and black eyed Susan’s were removed with them. I had just planted them three weeks ago, about $200 worth of new plants were removed. He also did not trim the front trees, and we discussed that he would come back the following dayand he did not

Not a good job this time. Wide swaths of grass simply missed being mowed, and no edging or grass blowing performed. Service provider appeared to be in a rush. Now I get to go finish the job I paid for myself.
