Did not use catcher. Had to go out and take the yard. Missed a couple spots. Realize grass was wet. But it was full of clumpy grass after cut

Provider was excellent!! Customer service with LawnGuru is SORELY LACKING.!! Provider was not aware of the difficulties encountered with the app, the bot & lack of response to me!! My lawn care was finally completed after 7.5 days & very poor customer service. Delayed responses & lack of clarification from your staff created a lot of frustration for me!!

Cy was the consummate professional. Communicated well and kept his word regarding his schedule. I hope you continue working with him through the summer and years to come.

The work is not horrible but with Senior citizens in the home, I would hope for a cleaner drive to help prevent slipping and it freezing over to ice.

While the provider did a great job clearing my driveway and sidewalk, it was done too early. I several more inches of snow through the afternoon and evening yesterday. Now today I'm going to have to clear it again with a shovel after having paid gor the service.

Outstanding Service!

I guess is not Ryann fault that the previous server didn’t want to do the job and t took so long for us to have the service done.

We are grateful for Brad’s quick help with getting our driveway plowed during a heavy snow storm! However, there is still a thick layer of snow on our driveway that seems to have been flattened out versus being removed.
