Linell was so responsive. After my lawn mower konked out I was hoping I could get my lawn done quickly. Linell was able to respond in 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon and was able to come over and complete the job. Great service!

I feel like there were spots missed or possibly a second pass could have been made on high areas. Coming out of winter my lawn was very patchy. Did not weed wack by the mailbox landscaping. Not completely satisfied.

I sent a message requesting no salt this time. No acknowledgement but he did forgo the salt. He piled all the snow at the end of the driveway & in front of the mailbox, making it difficult to get into/up the driveway. The driveway itself looks great.

Disappointed that my whole driveway/apron was not done. Just a small portion was done.

You forgot to salt

Norman did amazing work, came exactly when he said he would and was polite abd efficient.

I specifically asked for the guy to blow out the bottom of the driveway at the street and he did not. I could barely get out of the driveway this morning. It’s so bad and I was very frustrated after specifically asking for help with the bottom of the driveway - the work that was done was done well- he just didn’t do what I asked
