After a frustrating experience with a previous LawnGuru provider who made little effort to maintain a schedule or communicate delays, I was very pleased when Bryan R. took over our bi-weekly lawn service. From the beginning, Bryan R. has been professional, courteous, and exceptionally communicative. Over the past week, North Texas experienced significant rain and thunderstorms, making it impossible for many lawn crews to stay on schedule. Rather than leaving customers wondering, Bryan R. kept me informed throughout the delays and provided regular updates on when he expected to resume service. That level of communication is rare and greatly appreciated. Today Bryan R. completed our mowing and trimming, and the results were outstanding. The lawn was evenly cut, the edges were crisp and tidy, and the entire property looked well cared for when he finished. It was clear that he takes pride in the quality of his work. Lawn care in the Texas summer heat can be brutally demanding, and I have a great deal of respect for the effort Bryan R. puts into serving his customers. Based on my experience so far, I am optimistic that he will continue to be our lawn professional for a long time. If you’re given a choice of mowing teams, I highly recommend requesting Bryan R. Excellent communication, professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship.

The back yard wasn’t finished. They came an hour later than expected and they did not pickup up any grass clippings. They only went over the grass once. The grass still looks like it hasn’t been touched

I need a different service person preferably somebody that has lawn experience. They took pictures of the yard that was OK but if you were to look very closely for the backyard, you would see that the grass mowing strips of the yard. Additionally, I had sent the request on the 20th because I wanted service the same day. Rodrigo picked this up and I was under the assumption that he was coming that day but he did not. I would’ve preferred if he wasn’t able to do it as the request was that he didn’t pick it up and let it for another person if you aren’t able to do something that’s being requested in the time that’s requested then why pick it up leave it for somebody else or say that you can’t do it that day that Monday was the only day that you could come then when you do come out, you send out two teenagers and I’m not happy at all with this
