There were some patches in. Backyard that were not moved. Teamed seemed in a hurry to catch up on lawns due to days of rain. Hopefully next week service will be better

Didn’t finish trimming edges in back yard

Our last LawnGuru mower never showed up for the service, so we were left with our yard looking rough for a few days. Janessa picked up our job and was there within the day of accepting it. Love that kind of service!

Cut was a little uneven in some places. Would like to have it be bagged instead of mulch.

I tipped extra to have things taken care of that should have already been taken care of and then there were still things left over that he said he would just take care of next time instead of actually completing the job.

Mike and his partner did a great job. They even went to Home Depot and picked up a couple of extra bags of mulch during the job (since I did not supply quite enough) instead of just leaving a hole in the landscaping with no coverage. I talked with both of them, and they were super nice people. I hope they will pick up some of my landscaping work again in the future.

No one did my yard. They took a picture of my front yard that is pretty much all dead grass so doesn’t need to be cut and then didn’t even step into my backyard

Overall service was okay but our expectation from service provider was to remove all weed growth from backyard - quality of work was not clean

Didn’t follow schedule (yesterday was weather-related), did a great job until today’s visit where all our walkway lights are now strewn about/broken and the back yard was not cut evenly or very well. Grass clippings are everywhere.
