I think the amount of work needed was big so to stay in the confines of what was contracted they did the double mowing of the front yard. There were a lot of clumps left in the yard due to the amount of grass, but based on conversion with the mower, that extra step was not included in the costs. They did a good job at mowing and weeding. They did not blow the grass off of the sidewalk.

No accountability for the damage on the sliding glass door.

Lawn trimming on my top landing was not blown away from my porch area. And my bottom portion of my lawn strips on the left-hand side were not completely trimmed. The grass blowing was not done completely especially on the street area in front of my bottom property.

I was unclear about your model when there was no providers after the designated time frame I thought service would cancel since it was ten days today. However the service was great and very thorough and fast and would definitely use again as I was doing a one time trial. They were Amazing!!!! The first 2 ppl that came just rode over the grass and left. This guy had 2 ppl and he actually got out his trimmer and took.care of the areas his large riding mower couldn't reach and didnt rush. Even tho he cancelled two days in a row. Once he was able to come it was worth the wait and I would like to be on his schedule only now on.
