Cut the wrong yard

For almost $100, I’m disappointed in this one-time cut. I paid extra for longer grass and our lawn will need to be cut down further this weekend. Additionally, it’s one of the most uneven cuts - long areas where the grass was completely missed. For communication, I was told by EOD and despite me messaging early the next morning and in the afternoon the next day, no response/update was sent until they were on their way late afternoon the day after.

The original appointment was not kept. By the time I was notified, it was after seven p m. They did come early the next day. They did a great job.However, they did leave a lot of trash trimmings in the backyard.
