Excellent work!!

John arrived when he said he would and did a great job.

He came by yesterday and said he would come today since it was so wet. I understood and said that was fine. He came back today only after I messaged him at almost 4 pm asking if he was coming today. It was supposed to have a second mow over since it was so overgrown. That was included in the service that I paid extra for. It was only done once and so a bit was missed. While it’s not a bad job, it wasn’t great and the communication was lacking.
