Today the grass was wet, so I did not expect the best, however in the future especially if the weather is dry/not raining, please take a minute to use the blower to blast off the heavy accumulation rows and clumps of clippings laying on top of the grass. Secondly, I recently put new mulch around the bases of the two trees and the sago palm in the front yard. These were completely covered in clippings, the sago palm was buried about two inches deep in clippings. In the future, please mow so that the clippings blow AWAY from these trees planted in the yard instead of burying them in clippings and covering up the mulch laid around them. The two trees in the back yard were buried in clippings also, just like the three in the front.

My scheduled day of the week is Wednesday and the lawn didn't get mowed until Thursday so that's really the only reason that i'm giving Shaun a 4. Otherwise, he does a great job on my lawn.

Shaun did a great job of mowing the lawn, edging and blowing once he got here. He was supposed to be here yesterday since I signed up for Wednesday to be my day of the week every two weeks but he didn't get here until today around 2:00pm so it did get done. I sent him a couple of messages previously but didn't receive any response until I reached out to customer support. I would like to keep Shaun for my every two week mowing as long as he can stay on the schedule that I signed up for and at least let me know by text or message if he can't make it or if he's going to be late.
