Service was way below what was offered and what I expected. Agreed on a monthly service including trimming, cutting the edges of the grass on the driveway and entrance and leave everything clean. The only part done as agreed was mowing the lawn, and it is not even evenly cut on the whole lot (have photos). Two people literally running with the machines through the lawn, no trimming, and left all the grass on the street which I spent 45 minutes brooming and collecting. He left without saying “goodbye, I’m done” and when I texted him asking about the missing items he said he had to leave for another customer and that those items were not part of the LawnGuru service price and I had to hire him separately to get that done. Im cancelling the monthly service and I expect Jose NOT to be assigned to my property ever again.
