The backstairs and pathway to the alley was not done. I left the lock on the alley side unlocked.

Has snow power which works great for driveway.

Although the quality of work performed was good, I was charged for full service when in fact I removed the snow from my porch and walkway leading to the parking lot on Sunday morning. In addition, snow was not removed from the sidewalk on the side of my house to the back gate . I should not have been charged the full amount.

Should have shoveled end of driveway whete it meets street… big mounds which are now icey

Tracey arrived promptly once I finally received confirmation of him being in route.

No issue with the service, we decided to get a snow blower to save money. Thank you for the snow removal

I think the stairs could’ve been better cleaned in the front entrance looks like they only cleaned one side

The person did not remove adequate snow removal at the entrance of the driveway from the street and will need to shovel additional snow today. Also, he didn't remove the snow completely on the left side of the sidewalk.

The lawn doesn’t look cut other than there are lines from the mower. I would have expected him to lower the blades.

He didn't cut behind my fence or behind the shed. He doesn't complete the trim process. I have untrimmed grass coming through the fence and on the fence

I’m not wanting to complain but some areas were missed. No edging done and communication since last service was lacking. We had better service and I had to pick up many sticks left behind and edge myself.

Hi Manuel, I put in the quote for mulch in the garden beds and clean up the bushes. But I also need the weeds gone that are in the grass. Weed killer or do you pull them? The grass itself is full of weeds. I need that done asap please
