Marquais did a good job however, due to vehicle issues he was one hour late. After he completed the job he did not check in with me to see if I was satisfied with the work. I went out to look for him and he was gone. He should do a better job with communications.

This was the worst cut I’ve ever received from this platform. Marquais came in a timely manner and was very nice when I spoke to him however i am not satisfied with the job. I spoke to him and had to point out parts of the yard that still had long pieces of grass sticking up and he did not edge my yard. I asked him if he could complete that step and he told me that he doesn’t have the tools to complete it. I asked if he could do it with the weed wacker and he said “I will try” he then left after I went back into the house after speaking to him. There is still uncut grass along my fence which he left out of the picture he took. And left cut grass on my front and back porch. I’m not a satisfied customer and I would hope for the future that this platform ensures that the lawn people have the basic equipment needed to properly cut the grass.

Service was good but I canceled a week because it didn’t need cutting and then the following week they come out and do a terrible job, lawn barleys looks cut, grass is uneven in certain spots and now I will be canceling service
