All of my neighbors have a service and I never see their driveway look like mine after being plowed. Horrible job!

I was under the impression that he had a plow. Instead he showed up with a truck that didn't have a plow and a snowblower. I even requested for him to push the snow to a specific spot during a communication with him. He responded with saying that he would push the snow to where I requested. A snowblower does not push snow. So, he led me to believe he had a plow there also. Unfortunately, a snowblower is not able to do the same job as a plow. So now I have to spend more money to bring a PLOW in to get the job done like I wanted it to begin with. I would not hire him again, he is misleading. I'd be afraid of any lawn work that he does. He would probably show up with an old fashioned non powered mower. I gave his work a thumbs down cuz once again I assumed he had a plow and the snowblower did not do the job that I was expecting from a plow. It also explains why he didn't get to my house until around 7:00 pm. The original expected time was 11:45 am - 1:45 pm. I messaged him at 2:30 pm and he said it would be a couple more hours. Finally, 7:00 pm he shows up.
