Considering that his predecessor failed to arrive on the job as previously scheduled and the recent rains, my lawn had gotten pretty tall and thick. Eric kept in communication with me and came out on Labor Day. He then very professionally took my lawn back down to a level where it's still lush and green. The following morning (today), my yard looks the best it has all season. I had become frustrated with my service from LawnGuru to the point where I was a phone call away from termination of service. I now look forward to continued service from Eric. I give him a 4.9 star review.
