I requested auto service and it snowed after completion of the first service and he attempted to come back but your system glitched, my stairs and walkways need snow removal, please fix it so he can complete the service!

Although the quality of work performed was good, I was charged for full service when in fact I removed the snow from my porch and walkway leading to the parking lot on Sunday morning. In addition, snow was not removed from the sidewalk on the side of my house to the back gate . I should not have been charged the full amount.

The person did not remove adequate snow removal at the entrance of the driveway from the street and will need to shovel additional snow today. Also, he didn't remove the snow completely on the left side of the sidewalk.
