My problem is that there has been miscommunications and/or no communication when the job is about to begin and frequently instead of showing up on a Wednesday it's done on a Thursday or extremely late on a Wednesday night. Efren a is generally a pretty good worker but for the most part it's pretty expensive for just a lawn mowing job.

Efren was supposed between 3:45-4:30 last week and did not show up until after 7 PM to mow the backyard. He did not knock on the door or let anyone know he was there. He was there until after 9 PM and it was dark out. The lawn was mowed unevenly and he dumped the grass clippings into the tenants recycling BIN. I will be requesting a refund and would never use him again.
