Hi LawnGuru Support, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding a recent shrub trimming service. First, I appreciate the effort that was put into the work. The shrub does look better than it did before the service. That said, I specifically requested that the shrub be reduced to approximately roof height, and that was not completed. As you can see in the attached photos, the shrub remains significantly taller than the roofline, with a large amount of dead and damaged growth still visible at the top. What was more disappointing was the lack of communication. The provider did not speak with me upon arrival to confirm the scope of work, did not check in before leaving, and did not respond when I messaged afterward to express my concerns about the result. Had there been a conversation, I believe this could have been resolved on-site. Instead, I was left with work that does not match the instructions provided and no opportunity to discuss it with the contractor. I have generally heard of positive experiences using LawnGuru, which is why I wanted to bring this to your attention. I would appreciate your help in finding a fair resolution.
