I sent a message requesting no salt this time. No acknowledgement but he did forgo the salt. He piled all the snow at the end of the driveway & in front of the mailbox, making it difficult to get into/up the driveway. The driveway itself looks great.

I specifically asked for the guy to blow out the bottom of the driveway at the street and he did not. I could barely get out of the driveway this morning. Seems to be coming very late and work is not as great as usual, however he has superior communication to any other service and is a kind person. Just a note that he may be overwhelmed but all of the recent snow/. Typically he does a really great job but the last two services were lesser quality: there were issues with your app, and I hope that didn’t negatively affect him.

It was not Alexander's fault but LAWN GURU should have provided faster service. They activated the request on Wed. Storm stop]d 3 a.m. Service was not till 5::30 p.m.!!!!!!! I should be charged the $51.99 there was no salting. Only shoveling. I feel L.G. should provide a discounted rate for this time due to lack of communication delay of service.
