The cut appeared choppy like a dull cutting blade was used. The rear patio and steps were not blown off.

Second time I had my lawn done and they do not go all the way towards the back of my yard and now it looks like the woods when it’s pretty much an open layout around the trees. I don’t care if u take a weed walker of some sort to cut it down. You guys also charged me extra last mow because u said it’s long but you guys don’t complete the yard

This is the second time the provider has left our trash cans in the middle of our driveway.

Provider was a day late with no communication. This has been a huge problem with a lot of your providers lately. The job he did was nice though.

Used this app for the first time, my lawn was a bit over grown as I’m just moving into a new house. They came out and finished very quickly, however the grass is still pretty long and there are strips of taller grass that was missed.

I asked from the previous visit to cut the grass shorter and my lawn is still filled with clover flowers, which shows in fact it was not cut shorter. When I mow my lawn there are none. I feel like it’s a waste of my money

Dominique scheduled to do the job several times and never showed up when he said he would. When he finally did show, he was 3 hours later than the time he said he'd be here. The deck was not as clean as it could have been had he taken a bit more time to get between the boards. The stains that I needed to be removed are still there. Overall, not happy with his work, work ethic, or communication.

Marquais was prompt in replying to me, was timely and did a great job. He was very friendly and I am looking forward to having him come do my yard every two weeks!

Everything was great Next time, could we please fully edge the sidewalk that is leading up to the front door? I know some of that is weeds, but they were over on the sidewalk and I had to pull them instead of the being we needed or edged please thank you!

This person blatantly lied about doing a service that that didn’t complete.

Part of my lawn isn’t even mowed and I was given no explanation for it. Was even told he was done before he left so I could ask him. Upset I paired nearly $150 for not even all of the property being mowed or given and explanation of why it wasn’t.

Chase was quick to respond, arrived on time and did an amazing job, definitely will use his service sagain.
