Drew did such a fantastic job clearing our driveway. The snow was heavy, deep and frozen. There is no way we could have fixed this without his service. I wish I could give him more than five stars. I do plan to continue using your services. I am a 65-year-old elder who has health concerns shortness of breath neck and back injury. The very first time I used your service it went perfectly fine. This time through the person who performed the service did not do the side stairs and short walk up to the side porch. This is displayed in the diagram that I okayed. Also the driveway is not part of the service I ordered that was done very well, it just wasn't part of my request. I'm having a low mobility day and shortness of breath since the side stairs were not done I may try to go out and do that portion myself. In effect that kind of defeats the whole purpose of my hiring the service
